Potato Pizza

6 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
½ pound side bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 – 16 oz can tomato sauce
¼ teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
dash of garlic salt
dash of pepper
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

Spread potato slices on greased pizza pan. Combine tomato sauce, oregano, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Spread mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and then with cheese. Bake in 400 degree F oven for 20 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve hot.

Makes 4 servings.
